We usually reply within two working days. If you are reporting a security issue, please say so in the first line of your message so it gets picked up straight away.

Please don't send sensitive details here. This form is ordinary email, not the encrypted store. Never include passwords, recovery phrases, account numbers or scans of documents — those belong in a memo inside your account, where they are encrypted at rest and released only to the trustees you name.

Reporting a death? Don't use this form — a trustee should submit a death notification from the link in the email we sent them, so the two-person verification and grace period apply.
